About Us
Curtis Tillett has worked in the commercial development, sales and leasing business since 1985. Curtis works with buyers, sellers, lessors and lessees in the sale and leasing of properties in Springfield and the surrounding areas, as well as other parts of the state and nation. During the past 20 years, Curtis has been involved in the successful redevelopment, development and management of several large projects.
Curtis has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, has practiced as a licensed C.P.A. with one of the nation’s largest public accounting firms and has been involved with the acquisition and development of multiple operating businesses.
Curtis has been and is still very active in many community organizations and has held numerous leadership positions. He is a member of the local, state, and national Realtor® organizations. He represents local, regional and national clients through the Coldwell Banker Commercial network.

Lindsey Leonard, Licensed Assistant

Lindsey Leonard is an Assistant to Curtis Tillett. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois College, Lindsey assists Curtis in a variety of capacities, from sales to administrative duties.
After Lindsey received her real estate license in August 2003, she worked in residential real estate for a year before starting in commercial real estate. She is a member of the Capital Area Association of Realtors®, the Commercial Real Estate Network, the Illinois Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
Lindsey is married to Derek Leonard, who is the Head Football Coach at Rochester High School.
